Charlie currently serves as chairman of Market Value Partners, and as a director of SRI International, Age Wave LLC, Fresh Choice, Spectrum Organic Products, and Shari's Management Corp. He is a past director of Nordstrom, Inc., Crocker National Bank, Southern Pacific Lines, among others, and past chairman of Greyhound Corporation. Charlie is also chairman of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, director of the Bay Area Council, and a member of the UC Berkeley Haas Business School advisory board.


Phil Quigley is a retired chairman and CEO of Pacific Telesis Group, the $10 billion parent company of Pacific Bell Telephone Company and, prior to its public offering, AirTouch Communications. Phil currently serves as a director of Wells Fargo Bank, Vina Technologies, Embark.com, @Motion, Inc., SRI International, Luminous Networks and Nuance Communications. He is also an advisory board member of Thomas Weisel Partners and has served as chairman of the California Chamber of Commerce, California Business Roundtable and on the United Way Board of the Bay Area.


Dick Rosenberg is a retired chairman and CEO of BankAmerica Corporation, the largest commercial banking company in the United States. He is a member of the board of directors of Airborne Express Corporation, Chronicle Publishing Company, Northrup Grumman Corporation, Pacific Life Insurance Company and the San Francisco Symphony. He is a trustee of the California Institute of Technology and has served as a director of the SBC Communications and UCSF-Stanford Health Center.
